Responsibilities:

Manage, market, and renew mid to large commercial accounts, with a combined book of business exceeding $5M in premium. Portfolio encompasses real estate, contractors, manufacturers, distributors, restaurants, and tech companies.Conduct market analysis to determine the best fit for the client, while considering coverage, protection, and cost. Quote with various insurance carrier platforms and prepare proposals according to producers' expectations.Handle binder processing, auto ID cards, renewal of EPIs and COIs, endorsements and audits, ensuring accurate documentation on each account in accordance with procedures.Establish and maintain a strong relationship with clients, providing day-to-day service, anticipating customer’s needs, and responding to clients' issues/questions in a timely manner.Attempt to round-out each customer’s insurance program, including the solicitation of additional commercial and personal lines insurance where applicable.

Requirements:

Possess and maintain an active NJ P&C licensePrior experience working in commercial insurance (preferably 5+ years)Strong administrative and computer skills, including MS Office suiteExperience in Applied Epic preferredAttention to detail, time management, verbal and communication skills
