Subscription limits and free trial expiry

Talentranx includes a free trial and plan-based limits to help you explore the platform. This page describes what happens when you reach those limits.

When the limit applies

The limit applies in either of the following situations:

• Your free trial ends.
• You reach the maximum number of resumes scored or jobs analyzed under your plan.

What you see

A Limit Reached banner appears on the Dashboard. If an upgrade is available, the banner includes an Upgrade Plan button that unlocks additional capacity.

What changes in the app

When the limit applies, the app switches to read-only mode:

• You can continue to view your existing data.
• Buttons for creating new scoring reviews, jobs, or job requirements are disabled.
• Delete controls are disabled.

These capabilities reactivate after you upgrade your plan, or at the next billing cycle for subscription plans. This doesn't apply to the free trial.

Note

You can't delete scoring reviews or job analyses to avoid reaching the limits.

Manage your data

From the Profile page (your initials or profile image in the top-right corner), you can:

• Select Download Data to export all of your data in a ZIP file containing multiple CSVs.
• Select Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Tips

• Upgrading mid-cycle immediately unlocks new capacity.
• Export your data before upgrading so you have an offline copy for your records.
