Free trial and scoring limits

Each new organisation starts a 7-day Talentranx trial. During the trial, the organisation can complete up to 200 CV assessments.

Job analyses do not use the CV-assessment allowance. You can create and review job analyses throughout the trial.

When a limit applies

The organisation reaches a limit when either:

• its 7-day trial expires; or
• it attempts to start a CV assessment after 200 assessments have completed.

What you can still access

After the trial expires or an assessment-limit request is rejected, existing organisation data remains available to view. This includes saved job analyses, reviews, candidate records, and completed assessments.

Assessment allowance

The 200-assessment allowance is shared by everyone in the organisation. It counts completed CV assessments, rather than the number of people who can sign in or the number of job analyses created.

Use the same analysed job and candidate rating rule for candidates you want to compare. This makes the best use of the allowance and keeps each comparison consistent.
